KindColor Connx is intended for users aged 13 and over. It is not directed to children, and users under 13 are not able to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Advertising & identifier disclosure: KindColor Connx shows
advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob accesses your device's Google
Advertising ID (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID) and basic
technical device information in order to deliver ads, measure advertising
performance, and prevent fraud.

Because this information is held in your device's local storage, it is removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app.
We do not collect precise location, and we do not read your device's contact list or collect biometric information. We do not require a child's real name — you may enter any character name you choose, and we recommend using a nickname or invented name.
Your inputs are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate line art and story text. Generated books are saved to your account so you can reopen, print, or export them as PDFs. Purchase records are used solely to unlock the features you paid for and to restore them when you reinstall or change device.
We do not sell your personal information. Your account details, story content, artwork and kindness journal are never used for advertising and are never shared with advertisers. Advertising is handled separately by Google AdMob, as described below.
We show ads through Google AdMob to keep the app free. Google may use your Advertising ID to show personalized ads based on your interests, or non-personalized ads if you decline that use.
You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time in your device settings, under Settings → Google → Ads on Android. Deleting it prevents ads from being personalized using that identifier.

If you are located in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before using cookies or similar local storage for advertising, and before your personal data is collected, shared or used for ad personalization. You will see a consent form the first time you open the app.
We keep a record of the consent choice you make. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the app's Settings screen, under Ad privacy, which reopens the same consent form.
Withdrawing consent does not remove ads from the app, but it stops your data being used to personalize them. The parties that may receive your personal data as a result of advertising in this app are listed in that consent form, and in the section below.
Under UK and EU data protection law you also have the right to request access to your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, email diamondedgemetals@gmail.com.
We share limited information with the following service providers, who process it on our behalf in order to operate the app:
We do not disclose your information to any other third party except where required by law.
If you choose to share your artwork or an invitation by email, the app asks your permission to send email on your behalf. Before anything is sent, the app shows you the recipient and the full message and requires you to confirm. This permission is used only to send the specific message you have reviewed and approved. We never read, store, or scan your mailbox, and we request no other access to your email.
We retain the server-stored information described above only as long as needed to provide the service — that is, for as long as you keep your account. We do not retain it indefinitely or for any secondary purpose. When you delete your account, your saved books and associated stored information are deleted. Information held only on your device is removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app.
You can delete your account from inside the app, or see our account deletion instructions, or email diamondedgemetals@gmail.com and we will delete it and confirm.
Records of purchases are retained by Google Play as required for tax, accounting, and refund purposes. We do not control that data.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through this app, contact us and we will delete it promptly. You may also request to review what has been collected, and to refuse any further collection or use.
Information is stored using Google Firebase, which encrypts data in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to the operator.
