Delete Your Account

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

Open KindColor Connx and sign in.
Open the account menu at the top of the screen.
Choose Delete My Profile and confirm.

This immediately and permanently removes your account and everything synced to it.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer sign in, email diamondedgemetals@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We will verify ownership and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in credentials
Your email address and display name
Saved coloring books, drawings, and kindness journal entries
The people you added to your circle

What is retained

Records of purchases are retained by Google Play as required for tax, accounting, and refund purposes. We do not control that data. Anonymous, aggregate usage statistics that cannot identify you may also be retained.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, otherwise billing continues.
